Problem Statement:

They faced challenges in route optimization and driver tracking across their multiple collection sites for more than ten years. Each day, their drivers had to collect products from 20-22 sites, and manually creating routes for each driver became a time-consuming task. Additionally, the client relied on Samsara, a mobile application, for driver and vehicle tracking. However, the manual transfer of route optimization data to Samsara added further complexity and consumed valuable resources.

Our Solution:
