Will it be easy to use? Is it easy for a user to start working with Salesforce?
There’s a learning curve with Salesforce; it has many moving components, and you must get into its platform to feel comfortable using it. It’s not that easy for you, Salesforce; for a beginner, it’s not that easy.
Let’s assume that I am a new user; how much time will it take me to know Salesforce in the way that they can create deals, create leads convert them, create activities, and so on? You know, well, the business logic can be pretty straightforward. If you know the concept of leads contacts, they can be pretty straightforward and might take you maybe a week or so, but Salesforce has a lot of functionality.
If you want your CRM to use the functionality, it might take a month to start getting the salesforce vibes. In Zoho, a basic user will need a few hours to know how it works. I created a short video showing how to use Zoho as a simple user, connecting your email, your calendar setup, and leads, converting them to deals. The entire course is about, like, 30 minutes. This is for the user, not for the administrator, so as a user, that so did a pretty good job that you can be up and running extremely fast as an administrator. Someone that needs to create the system and knows how everything works in the back end will take some time. It would be a few weeks’ work to be up and running. That’s in terms of Zoho, so how much time will it take an administrator to learn how to support the salesforce consistently? And I think if you want to have the certification, it might take at least two months, like studying every day.
How Much Time Will It Take You to Learn Apex?
As you said before, this course is a profession on its own. If you want to learn its apex, you must be willing to learn to code like really well. You are using this language very similar to java if you know anything about the programming languages it offers. Using a programming language is one of the most used programming languages, but that’s what they teach you in college, and it takes some time. First, you need to understand something like java because if you immediately get into the apex, you will fail massively. The quick answer is it’s not a scripting language, that will take you a few hours to get used to. It’s a complete architecture; if I summarize the entire section about ease of use, I will say that if you want an in-house salesforce or administrator, you will need to dedicate a resource to do only that. I know from one of my clients that there is a great feature with Salesforce that you can get emails, let’s say to a specific deal, and you will see only the emails related to this specific deal and not all the conversations that you had with this specific person. Yeah, it’s correct; with Salesforce, you have more control over all the activities going around the deals, the leads the context. I heard about this feature, but we don’t have it in Zoho; you will see the emails related to the contact of the deal.

In Zoho, it’s the same; you have a marketplace where you can, with a click of a button, integrate Calendly or all of those, so no problem, and they created new software. It will fire a webhook; you can capture the webhook using Zoho flow and then use a different application with this information. It’s basically like Zapier but in this Zoho environment. Yeah, you can connect with a module all the other models you want, for example, if you have three other modules connected to a lead, and you can do that with Salesforce. In Zoho, you can do the same; you can integrate modules with no problem.
With Zoho, for example, you can have, I think, six different Zoho Automation, and let’s go over each one of that automation, and we’ll see if Salesforce supports the same, and after that, you will tell me if there are additional automation that you know about Salesforce and we’ll see if they exist.
The First One Is Workflows

With Salesforce, well, it’s easy because it’s a canvas, and you can drag and drop the same it involves many moving parts. It’s easy if you know the business.
Assignment rules, so let’s say when leads come from Toronto, they will go to one salesperson; when leads come from a different area, they go to a different salesperson.
