Case Study: Enerflo Integration with ZOHO CRM

Problem Statement:

Victory Solar was looking to use Enerflo which is a platform for solar, but they face an obstacle in that the platform does not currently integrate with their existing customer relationship management system, Zoho CRM. Without this integration, Victory Solar would be unable to leverage all the features of Enerflo and would have difficulty managing sales and install processes, leading to increased costs and project duration. Victory Solar is looking for a solution that can bridge the gap between Enerflo and Zoho CRM, allowing them to use the platform efficiently while not sacrificing their existing customer relationship management system. 

Our Solution:

Our solution enables Victory Solar to seamlessly integrate Enerflo into their existing Zoho CRM system. We have embedded a Custom function in the Lead Nurturing Blueprint of ZOHO CRM which generates a Customer record in Enerflo whenever Victory Solar sets up an appointment (in-person, Zoom, Call) with the Leads. Moreover, if Victory Solar wins a deal with the customer, they can create a Survey and Install record in Enerflo for managing the solar system installation process. We have also created another Custom function that runs daily to sync the Survey and Install records from Enerflo to Zoho CRM. This solution allows Victory Solar to leverage all of Enerflo’s features and benefit from cost savings while still maintaining their existing customer relationship management system. 

Result:

By utilizing our custom solution, Victory Solar is able to integrate Enerflo into their existing Zoho CRM system with ease. They can now get the most out of both platforms by taking advantage of all the features of Enerflo and the efficiency of Zoho CRM, allowing them to reduce their costs and project duration while still providing excellent customer service.
